The Counseling Center

Sometimes there is something specific you want to talk about, sometimes it is not so easy to put your finger on what the problem is or how to define yourself. With us, you can talk about whatever you need to talk about, no matter what it is. Topics that often come up in conversations are: anxiety, loneliness, relationships, depression, body dysphoria, etc.

We offer calls to people living in Skåne. You can come and talk individually but we also offer talks for couples and groups. You always decide what the contact should be about. Relatives are also welcome to come and talk. We have a duty of confidentiality.

The Counselling Clinic employs two counsellors and offers several different counselling packages: therapeutic counselling(CBT), support/counselling and crisis management.

Do you have questions or thougths about drugs and chemsex? We have a counselor you can talk to. Whether you want support to stop using drugs or not, RFSL Rådgivningen Skåne is here for you so you feel as good as possible and be as safe as possible.
